Product Policy Compliance

I am an FBA seller on Amazon and have recently listed a branded product by sourcing it from a local supplier. While Amazon was receiving my sending inventory, it was detected that products did not have lot numbers on the package (the product's inside package has it). Therefore Amazon saw it as missing transparency codes. Eventually, the listing was removed due to the product authenticity issue.

To solve the issue, I uploaded relevant invoices but there was no solution. Amazon keeps saying the provided information is not enough.

Going forward, I am not planning to provide new information. I will accept the policy, and acknowledge the violation to close the case. But Amazon wants me to agree the statement below.

"I do not have the required documents to address the violation. I have deleted my offer and will not relist on this ASIN or try to sell it again in the future."

My question is: if I accept the violation and the above statement, what is my chance to list the ASIN again in the future if I source it from another supplier? Also, this violation caused my account health to drop to 192. Will closing this case improve my account health?

Thanks in advance

Hello @Seller_XO6MUF92DNp1A,

If you choose to "acknowledge," it means that you agree not to sell this product again. Listing the same product again may result in receiving a new violation.

Could you share the case ID where you are trying to appeal or the ASIN that you are writing about? Let's take a look to see if you can provide the required information to resolve the violation without using the "acknowledge" option.

Regards,

Sakura
