Brand Registry application

I have applied for Brand Registry several times, but My applications were rejected, they replied the same email:
Thank you for your interest in Amazon Brand Registry. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve your application.
Our investigation team uses both publicly available information as well as internal resources to verify trade mark contact information. In this case, we could not locate any contact information that meets our requirements.
Although we cannot guarantee enrolment into Amazon Brand Registry, we encourage applicants to ensure the following:
1. All business information is kept consistent and up to date everywhere their business information is registered.
2. If there is an attorney or representative associated with the brand, make sure this information is displayed on the trade mark website with the registered trade mark information whenever possible.
3. If there is an email address associated with the trade mark, make sure it is a valid email address.
Note: This does not mean your registered trade mark must display an email address. We are aware that some trade mark organizations do not display rights owner contact information for privacy reasons.
After you ensure the information above is accurate and up to date, please reapply for Amazon Brand Registry."
I applied trademark IPO myself and the trademark is “Application Published” and I’m the owner of the trademark. I have checked my contact information and business information where my business is registered, and everything is 100% correct.
For now, I cannot address the problem what I need to change so that I can apply Brand registry successfully.
If anyone knows how to solve this, please help me. I really appreciate it.

@The_Little_Shop a lot of sellers can register brand registry when the trademark application is still pending. I dont think it’s the reason why my application was declined. At least they said “we cannot locate any contact information…”

You need to ensure that the details on the Names and addresses tab on the link below, are updated and correct.
Full address email etc…
According to Companies House, your company was incorporated in Sept 2021 yet your forum account suggests another older account.
If trying to register under Mays (not a typo) Universal Ltd - Sept 2021 on Amazon Brand Registry UK, do check that the account is fully verified otherwise it will not be eligible.

@Anglozone Thank you for your response. But that company has nothing to do with Amazon FBA. That’s the other company I own. My Amazon company is registered in finland, and sell on Amazon’s Europe marketplaces.
So every information from Finnish company and Amazon seller account are exactly matched.

We had problems with Brand Registry in the beginning. Although it was so long ago, I don’t remember the exact issues.
I do know that we needed both UK and EU registered trademarks as we are PAN EU. UK takes 90 days, EU takes 5 months. USA took nearly a year. Canada… whenever. We’ve been waiting for Canada for over 3 years. They’re still inspecting. Not a joke.

No, it hasn’t been solved yet. But I’m trying to change the address from PO box to the normal one. I hope it helps. But for now, I’m still finding the specific reason.
