Cancelled orders still showing as late dispatch

few of my old cancelled orders still showing on order list with the following messages ,what I must do kindly advise

Label cancelled
Confirm as dispatched by 16/05/2022 to avoid cancellation
Shipment is late
Refund applied (1)

Did you only cancel the shipping label or cancel the whole order? And was it the customer who requested the cancellation?
