PLEASE HELP!: Notification of Restricted Products Removal
Hello,
I am a new Amazon seller and recently noticed that i was unable to view my listing on Amazon when clicking the link through my seller central account.
The page reads:
Looking for something?
We’re sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site.
I then proceeded to contact seller support. They replied with the following:
Dear Seller,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your issue.
We have acknowledged the information provided and are currently investigating this situation.
We will get back to you as soon as we will get more details and no action is required from you at the moment.
Thank you in advance for your patience.
We wish you a great day.
Thank you for selling with Amazon.
Today I received a performance notification that reads:
Notification of Restricted Products Removal
Hello from Amazon,
We are writing to let you know that the following detail pages have been removed from our catalogue:
This product has been identified as an unsafe product. As part of our ongoing efforts to preserve the customer experience, we have implemented listing restrictions on certain products. As a result, these products are prohibited for sale or listing on Amazon.
For more information on our policies, please search for “Category, Product and Content Restrictions” in Seller Help.
*FBA Notice: If any of the above ASINs are Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) offers, please initiate a removal request for the ASIN(s) referenced above to have your inventory sent to a location of your choosing. If this inventory is not removed within 30 days of this notification, we may dispose of it in accordance with FBA policies.

This is my first listing and i have not even sold the product yet as it is currently being shipped to Amazon fulfilment warehouse from China. There are many other sellers on Amazon selling similar products and I am able to prove the product is 100% certified safe (CE, FCC, ROHS certified)
Please can anyone advise me on what to do and how i may fix this issue?

Urgently redirect the shipment to your home or business address not to the fulfilment centre.
This product, whatever it is, will not be allowed to go on sale, and more over if it is deemed unsafe then Amazon may destroy it, at your cost, rather than return it to you.
Once you have the goods safe then you can argue the point with Amazon and if necessary sell them elsewhere, but for now DON’T SHIP THEM TO THE AMAZON WAREHOUSE!

When you say CE, do you mean CE as certified for sale in the EU single market ? Or CE as in the China Export mark, which is of no value whatsoever when it comes to proving product safety or meeting EU/UK product standards ? Plenty of consumers are caught out by this, which in effect is a scam tolerated by the Chinese authorities.

Don’t just set your stock levels to zero.
Completely delete the stock from your inventory.
We set one of ours to zero, thinking that would suffice and then got suspended.
Deleted it, appealed and suspension was removed.
