My brand was registered on Amazon in 2019.I have associated 11 trademark information in my brand account. I own the brand in 5 countries and regions including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and Japan.

But since January 17, 2025, I have frequently received complaints about my own brand, with the subject of the complaint being Counterfeit Without a Test Buy.I don't know why Amazon accepts these malicious complaints.Amazon should protect the rights of sellers. I have linked my brand information to my account. I still got complained about by my own brand.Unfortunately, all ASINs in my store were removed due to complaints. After that, I received a blackmail from a third party asking us to pay 40,000 euros for protection.Because of this incident, our company is on the verge of bankruptcy.These malicious complainants took advantage of Amazon's complaint bug to blackmail sellers. Amazon not only turned a blind eye to this, but also helped them blackmail.We are extremely disappointed with Amazon and feel helpless.

I am being blackmailed for my brand. Amazon is still helping this person to remove our products. This is ridiculous. Please explain this behavior immediately.

I tried to find the entrance of the GTIN/UPC exemption, but i failed. And after i open a case, the support team told that my brand and category must have a product ID to upload the listing. Then i inquire the brand owner, they told me they can use the exact same brand and category to upload the listings. Why this is happening and how to fix it?
