Hi everyone,

I recently booked in some items to be collected but UPS have not come and collected them. Please could someone help with what I do to get them rebooked/collected?

did you contact UPS to arrange collection ?
you have to do this yourself, amazon won’t arrange it
If you did and they didn’t arrive, just rebook it in the same way
