lost the premium shipping eligibility

Hello Amazon,

We were eligible for second-day shipping (premium). However, on one day, we couldn't ship out some orders. We tried contacting seller support to cancel the orders, but they weren't helpful (as usual.)

As a result, we lost premium eligibility, and our sales have dropped by 80%.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Seller_bzHT6bQ9deVVk,

To confirm here as well, as mentioned by support in your case log they cannot and do not cancel orders as you say you requested. Unfortunately, they nor the Community Managers here can change the Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate of 0.5% for eligibility nor make exceptions to the policy.
