Provided it is the same product, other sellers can list on the listing.
So as long as Albion Flue Systems are actually selling a Schott Robax HUnter Herald 8 etc product - they aren’t doing anything wrong.
With regards the price - it could be they are buying at a lower cost price than yourself - or could perhaps be trying to clear out stock.

Is your listing live? In inventory does it show as ‘Active’ on the left without any warnings?
Is that the page you are taken to when you click the item in your inventory?
You aren’t showing an active offer so I am assuming it is supressed for some reason - whether because of the price discrepancy you have noted, an incomplete listing offer or that your account may not be fully active/verified?
as @osgood said, other sellers can sell an identical item on the same listing, so providing what they sell is that item, they are welcome too. How they are selling it more cheaply than you can is between them and the manufacturer probably.

It looks like a branded listing which was created around the same time as your profile but has your seller name in the title which it probably shouldn’t.
it seems that seller has been on the listing for about 5 months and has held the price consistently at £22.99. I’d guess if you created the listing you maybe either didn’t have stock or as mentioned it was deactivated due to something like a pricing error.

Hello @HD_Stove_Glass_UK,
I hope the other seller posts helped you identify the reason.
@othersellers - thank you for your posts!
