Over the past 12 months plus, amazon seller have deactivated my account and are asking me to verify details of someone who is not associated with my seller account. I am the only registered person on the account. I have raised this issue several times and all they keep saying is I either have to verify the person which is clearly fraud or wait for the internal team to get back to me. All I did was change my sole trader to limited company. This is a whole palava and causing me a lot of headache as I have told amazon its an error on their end. every advisor I speak to has either no idea or agrees. I even had an advisor check all my details and asked them to tell me where this persons name is that I have to verify anywhere on my account, in which she agreed that the name does not appear anywhere on my account. I have sent them my ID to verify its me. seller support is terrible and no one will or cannot give me an update. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!! Has anyone else come across this?

Typically when they ask about another person it is someone linked to the buying account, not the selling account. They may not be connected to your business, but is it at least the name of someone you know?
