UPS lost/stolen my FBA shipment

UPS lost/stolen my FBA shipment

I can see on the UPS tracking where the shipment stalled, but UPS said they will not investigate as it is a FBA. Amazon says I have to wait till Oct 10th before an investigation can be launched. Can Anyone from Amazon please contact UPS to launch the investigation? @Jameson_Amazon @Danika_Amazon
