I'm reaching out in the hopes that one of the moderators can assist us with an issue we've been grappling with for almost a week now. Despite extensive research and reaching out to Seller Support, we haven't been able to find clear answers, and none of the guidance and tips provided seem to apply to our situation. We've been selling on Amazon for four years now, maintaining perfect reviews and great metrics. We handle both FBA and FBM for our own brand, which we manufacture. Up until now, we've never encountered any issues.
Earlier this week, we listed two of our brand new products after months of development, opting for an FBA listing. To our surprise, neither of these products are showing as featured offers. There's no "Add to Cart" button or price displayed on our listing.
Pan-European FBA Inventory ASIN German inventory is synchronized to Italy for sales.
This situation has left us utterly perplexed. Our prices are competitive, and the products aren't available anywhere else for cheaper. Additionally, we've ensured excellent product photos and descriptions.
All our other FBA and FBM offers are functioning smoothly. The issue seems to be isolated to these two new ASINs.
We have perfect Account Health, great metrics, never had a chargeback etc...
We would greatly appreciate any assistance or insight into resolving this matter.
