How to do an Out of Office?

Hi,

Could someone please help me. I am trying to put an out of office on over the Christmas holiday for a small charity. Can anyone advise me how to do this ?

Hi Veronica.

Amazon don’t have a facility for that (unlike ebay and etsy), so you’ll need to set-up one using the email address used/associated with your messages on Amazon…if that facility is available from your email provider.

Remember, you still need to check messages daily even if you are on holiday.

Get the Amazon Seller app on your phone. It’s great for responding or marking as no response necessary. Just be aware that it won’t tell you if you have an A-Z claim.

It did wonders for me last year when I went home for Christmas to New Zealand. We were camping in a remote area with poor coverage so I still had to climb up a hill once a day to check for messages. At least I got fitter.

I would advise you to get an iPad mini.

It’s small, fits everywhere and allows you to access the full version of the Seller Central where you can check your account for any A-Z claims or buyer messages.
