i cannot edit title of my own listing
Hi,
I am selling my products more than 5-6 countries in Amazon with same ASIN numbers. I am brand owner, manufacturer and having registered trademark at UK The Intellectual Property Office. I even registered my brand in Amazon brand registry but I cannot edit title of my products. I used to be able to edit it few months ago but right now, i cannot do anything about it. I created so many cases about it, reps say that there is another winner contributor that prevents me to make editings but there is only me who sells this products. Even "Detail Page Change Request for ASIN" emails comes to my own email adress. There is a software bug i guess.
Is there any such people around here like me who gets the same problem?

I posted about this last week.
I opened a case with Seller Support about it - the reply I got is that in order to effect any changes to the Amazon catalogue, even in our own branded listings, is to delete any listings for those ASINs, wait 24 hours, and then re-list.
Sure enough - that worked.
How stupid is that though? I had to change the material content of one of a variant family - I have to delete ALL listings for the family for 24 hours, thereby losing a day of sales, and stranding FBA stock, just to update a bullet point. Just another one of Amazon's "innovations" I guess.
Amazon - if it isn't broken, don't "fix" it!!
