I'm owed £8000 and no response from customer support

I have a balance of £8,000 but for some reason, I stopped receiving disbursement payments since September 2022. All income goes straight into my Account Level Reserve.

I've had to stop selling my products because I can't afford to not get paid.

My account is healthy with all banking details verified. I have contacted customer support around 15 times and each time they say I'll receive an email within 24 hours. I am in financial trouble now due to Amazon owing my £8k for goods I have already distributed.

It's unacceptable how a company like Amazon can treat small businesses like this.

Is there definitely a green tick beside your bank account deposit method ? If so then maybe need to escalate to the MD - managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Here are a few steps that might help:

Escalate the Issue: When contacting customer support, specifically request that your case be escalated to a supervisor or manager.

Provide Detailed Documentation: Include all relevant details, screenshots, and a clear timeline of the issue in your communications.

Reference Previous Cases: Mention all previous case numbers to show the ongoing nature of your problem.

Use Social Media: Sometimes, posting on platforms like Twitter or LinkedIn can get quicker attention from Amazon’s support team.

Persistently Follow Up: Keep following up regularly until your issue is resolved.

Consider Legal Advice: If the issue continues, you might want to seek legal advice on how to proceed.

I hope these steps help you get the resolution you need.

Do you use ship.amazon to send your parcels? I had a situatiom where they did this to pay for an outstanding invoice.

I have the same issue, I emailed the managing director and got an email from the payments team who have asked me to resubmit my bank details so I am doing that now and seeing what happens. I am completely deleting my bank details off the system and then reinstating it.

I will keep you updated. Hopefully this works. This shouldn't need to be the case as I have already submitted all documentation and the account was verified. I find it funny that Amazon are able to take their payments from my sales and money but not be able to pay me.

Will keep you updated on my situation.

Hello @Seller_X8W6xSWKEi452,

Here Simon from Amazon, happy to try to help.

Your limited company was only formed in April, did everything get fully verified when you changed over to limited? is the bank account in the ltd name?

Some of the issue could be that the money before April belongs to you and after belongs to the company, did you not clear the balance before changing?
