Constant Safe T Claims for Incorrect Return Reasons
Since this pre-paid refund on scan thing has started, I have constantly week in week out had customers return items under incorrect return reasons in order to get free returns at a cost to us at £3.35...
"missed estimated delivery date" when it was delivered next day is the most common.
All Amazon has to do is click on the tracking to see it was delivered within and sometimes even earlier than the delivery date given.
We sell festival/concert products - at least 150 a week, and half are being returned used, so the item is not in resellable condition and also they get a free return!
I have had a few items come back completely filthy, covered in dog hair and all sorts.. send all the photos and proof to show not only has this been used and I now have to dispose of it, the return reason completely contradicts what the buyer is saying.. and they only refund me £3.35 postage costs.
They are only refunding me postage costs ? Are they only required to do a £3.35 limit? as I can't see that anywhere in the policy.
It is getting so much, it is beyond time consuming having to take photos and screenshots of absolutely everything and then submit claims every day and await their result.
Surely there has to be a better way?!
