Is anyone seeing a much lower sales report repository summary of sales, vs. actual sales numbers in November? I'm seeing sales 22% lower in the UK vs. the sales dashboard number for the period, and hence total balance/disbursements lower than they should be... has anyone seen this?

Will appreciate any help on this as to where i am going wrong.

When i go to the Payments Reports Repository and download the Summery reports for as month there is a figure under the heading "Net taxes collected on product sales and services" I am assuming this is the amount of Gross VAT i need to pay to HMRC

But now when i go to Reports>Fulfilment by Amazon>Amazon VAT transaction Report and download the .cvs file for the same month and sum up the column headed "Total_Activity_Value_VAT_AMT" the total it comes to is different to the amount in the above summery report for the same month.

Which one is the correct one for VAT returns to HMRC and why the difference?

I am hoping someone might be able to clue me up on something that I just can't get my head around at the minute. I have spoken to SS a few times but either they do not understand what I am trying to explain or they don't know.

Basically, on the Reports > Reports repository page I run the monthly summary reports. Usually there is no issue and everything adds up, however in Sept 2024 with the introduction of the DD+7/Account level reserve the figures seemed to be all over the shop and I never got a plain explanation of why the "seller fulfilled product sales" were well off the actual sales for that month,

Oct/Nov/Dec seemed to be about right but I have just looked for this month so far and again the figures for the seller fulfilled product sales are probably around 40-50% down. The selling fees congregate to the incorrect product sales but everything else like delivery label purchases and advertising seem to be accurate to the actual month,

I just don't get why the product sales are so wrong and for what reason?

I don't suppose anyone does know why or can explain it me
