Buy Box Almost 25% More Expensive
I have a product that is FBA. Competing with a particular seller and they constantly have the buy box despite being nearly 25% more expensive. We are both FBA, both have same delivery dates, and we compete on other products where I win buy box being just a penny cheaper.
How can I find out why I’m not getting buy box this time?

Unfortunately, on Amazon there is no guarantee you will be able to get or keep the BuyBox on any listing, regardless of your price being lower.
It is possible that there are details which you are not aware of, such as the other merchant’s return rate for the particular ASIN being better.
Have you tried simply matching the BuyBox price?
