Hi all,

I have had my account deactivated for having “more than one seller account” however the account they are saying is mine is literally my account I am using now that I changed the email and store name of. I obviously don’t have access to the “other account” because it’s this one!!

I’ve tried explaining this multiple times but keep getting the “submit new information” button after a review. Any ideas?

Hello everyone my name is Sajjad and I need your help, about six seven months ago I opened an account on Amazon and my account was activated and active just two weeks ago I created my first shipment and about two days ago The shipment has arrived at AMZ, Wearhouse but now my shipment in STRANDED and also my account have been deactivated and before that my account was active, this time my account has been deactivated, if you guys have any solution, please let me know.

There was a name mismatch in my account due to converting a personal account to a business account in Seller Central. Amazon deactivated my UK seller account and refused to return £700 profits. I was able to change my name back to my personal account name for my US store and then passed all verifications.

So Amazon US allowed me to correct this mismatch and reactivated my selling account while Amazon UK refuse to engage saying it's more than 30 days from your appeal.

It seems entirely reasonable to allow me to fix a simple name mismatch so I can continue to sell. How do I get Amazon UK to see some sense here?
