To get ungated you just need two things:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address".

We might be able to save you some time if you answer one simple question:

What brand are you trying to sell? There are plenty of brands which do not allow 3P sellers to sell on Amazon, and people here may be able to tell you if you are wasting your time.

Note that for many of these, if you somehow DO manage to list, you will likely get a complaint shortly, and have your account shut down, and your funds and any FBA inventory seized.

Hello @Seller_BVOQn2rRaX0Nl- thanks for creating this post.

Danny here. I wanted to chime in to provide a couple resources which may be of service.

This video provides a great breakdown of invoice requirements, and this overview of the approvals process has more details on the process as a whole and Letters of Authorization. There may be multiple layers of approval required as well, in cases where approval from a brand is needed to sell their merchandise, and approval from Amazon is needed in order to sell within a certain category.

Additionally, please do focus any communication on this here in this thread rather than creating any other duplicate threads, as that does depart from our Community Guidelines.

Thanks so much!
