GPSR violations not being cleared when appealed

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing the issue where GPSR violations that have been appealed successfully do not get cleared.

We have submitted contact information and responsible person information for hundreds of brands that Amazon say have been accepted.

However, the brands continue to show on the account health as needing information to be submitted.

@Emma_Amazonwhy is this happening? It is making it extremely difficult and time consuming to comply with GPSR when a lot of time is spent clicking into violations that have already been successfully appealed.

Please can you push for a fix on this.

Hello @Seller_f4ZE8eElwA1T8,

there might still be some delays in moving the products with completed actions to the Archived tab. The Team is aware and is already working on a solution for this. I do not have any info when this should be fixed, but they are on it.
