Shipment Late error
Anyone else had erroneous Late Shipments this morning?
We have 2 orders shown as Late even though they were ordered last night.
2 won't impact our score much. I'm just concerned it'll get worse as the day goes on.

Yes we had this last week and again yesterday. We have 2 day dispatch and this was the following day too. I emailed "seller support" and then said next time i should make sure I confirm the orders in time! However the next day my late dispatch went back to zero. So something must have happened. Waiting for a reply for the one from yesterday now

Same here. An order came in at 22:00 and it was saying that it must be dispatched at the same day (2-hours later). We have 1 business day handling time. I understand this is some sort of a bug but unfortunately our account health is affected, the “Late Dispatch Rate” did not go back to 0. Can anyone from Amazon suggest anything?
