Amazon ingested a case pack as individual units
I sent in a shipment of units that are technically a case pack, but the case pack is a sellable unit. The product is a 30-count (6 boxes of 5-counts). We did not have the 5-Counts anywhere on the shipping template and the shipment itself is showing 0 as the number of expected units, but Amazon opened up the case packs anyway and ingested them as single 5-Count boxes, which we can't sell.
Can mods help out here on how to resolve? We've had this issue multiple times and can never get any help through Seller Support, who tells us to wait until the shipment is eligible for investigation, which sometimes takes months. Meanwhile, we're missing a month's worth of inventory due to Amazon's error.

Hi @Seller_twj25Zlp5ljNp,
Thank you for reaching out about this! I apologize for the frustration this situation has caused.
When you have a moment, can you please send me your case IDs for this? I'd be happy to take a further look into those correspondences to see how I can best help here!
Thanks again,
Jameson

Did you label the product itself as such?
If you didn't, recall it and chunk it up as experience.

I'm sitting in my office, within six feet of a package of shipping tape that I ordered via FBA.
Printed on the box - printed by the box manufacturer, mind you, not written afterwards - are the words "SOLD AS A SET, DO NOT SEPARATE"

Unfortunately you need to put the "sold as set" label on it. Total waste of time. I put mine right on the top seam so they would have to cut through it to open the case. You would think that they could receive it and see that it is 1 single unit on the box label or shipping plan, and not open it. In your case, you should be able to send in the case and sell either the case, the inners, or the units without having special labeling. This is not rocket science if each one has a UPC. But alas the engineers at Amazon spend their time creating new inventory screens and AI bots, so its too much trouble.
