One of my friend recieved this suspension notice, He was doing Dropshiping what. What could be the possible reason for this suspension and how to reinstate

This probably isn’t the right place to ask since it seems this is about a buying account.
Anyway, that reads like an appeal was already made and rejected. Part of the terms and conditions for a buying account precludes using a buying account for commercial activity such as drop shipping.

Does your friend have a seller account, specifically a Business Selling Account, not an Individual Seller Account.

I’d be more concerned that in order to copy and paste that message from your ‘friends’ account, you’d have to login to their account on the same device you are using for your account - which may cause you problems with your account as a linked account
Probably best for your friend to post their own deactivation notices
