I have submitted my liability insurance certificate many times
But Amazon mentioned in their email that my certificate is not occurrence base and don’t cover the Amazon.com sales .
I have confirmed to my insurance provider he confirmed that my policy cover amazon.com sales and is occurrence base .
I have attached my certificate below which I submitted Can you please advise what information we are missing so I will require to my insurance company and resubmit the certificate again

– The insurance policy you provided is not on an occurrence basis.
I have the exact same issue. Submitted the renewed certificate of insurance, identical to the one I submitted last year which was successfully verified.
The certificate clearly states :
Each and Every Occurrence Limit: USD 1,000,000
