I was VAT registred, nod i'm under 85K and i'm not VAT registred anymore, i live in UK, i explain to Amazon, i request proof from HMRC 2 times but never get the letter, what other way is to prove i'm not VAT registred? They saw my turnover but still not enough for them to belive. Any advice?

I have no sales in UK marketplace for the last 6+ months. I have downgraded to individual account. My UK VAT registration was cancelled since May 2024.

I tried to close my UK account but I cannot because my account was deactivated. I tried to activate it so I can close it but I can't because of the invalid VAT registration.

I'm stuck in this catch 22 situation and Amazon keeps charging me the VAT service fees for my non-existent VAT registration.

I have to no way to contact Amazon support because there is no option on Seller Central for me to do so possibly due to my account deactivation.

Please help me.

I received this email from my UK account . I want to close this account . I have never had any listings, I haven't sold anything from my UK account. They are asking me to provide utility bills documents , (For example : Water, Gas ,Energy, Class 2 National Insurance Contributions (NICs) Bill--> Online VAT Certificate) but I am not a resident of the UK. What should i do? I do not plan to sell anywhere other than the US.
