Some shipments have been checked in, but others got stuck for more than 1 week.

It is normal in the UK to have such delays?

Is anyone experiencing shipments not getting checked-in at the moment at all? We have 6 shipments that are just sat in 'Delivered' status and some have been for 3 weeks now. It doesn't seem to matter where its sent, but mainly BHX4 & EUK5 at the moment. Some of these of have been shipped using the partnered carrier and some are DG shipments. Generally speaking our shipments seem to get checked in with only a few days of arriving, and its now starting to catch up with us in terms of cash flow, and Im reluctant to send anymore shipments in at the moment.

I have messaged seller support, but of course they tell me there isn't anything they can do until the shipment has been closed.

Anyone else experience delays with FBA shipments getting checked in?

Stock going to XKUS after 4 weeks still hasn't been sorted....
