Worse selling products affecting other products
Is is possible that worse selling products or products without reviews are affecting the products which are selling better? I mean can this products lower the positioning (or else) of the better selling products?

No, that is definitely not the case. Amazon will never punish your good sellers because you have others that are not so popular. They would just be shooting themselves in the foot - they don’t want to lose all the lovely commission they get from your decent sellers!
I’ve been a seller on Amazon for 14 years - we have a core set of products that sell very, very well and others that almost never sell. If there was any correlation between good and bad sellers in your overall seller status or listing positions, I’d have noticed.

The only possible impact that i can think of would be related to selling FBA where both IPI and restock limits would be impacted.
Or i suppose selling bad products (causing ODR issues) could lead to removal of the buy box for the “good” products.

If “worse selling” also includes voice of teh customer, it could effect BB win rate maybe, so indirectly possibly.
