FEATURE OFFER DISAPPEARED NO SALES LOSING BIG SALES

all of sudden my feature offer is gone on all my active listings and i am losing 3k gbp sales every day , this is a private label product and my account has selling access benefits direct from the brand and also rights owner with brand registry . the original brand account is out of stock so basically only 1 offer is active which does not have feature offer anymore , we are only doing FBA

seller support seems clueless and gives automated replies
