Why did Amazon deactivate my listing for a laptop backpack due to not submiting WEEE-Reg.-Nr(s)? Backpack is not an electrical or electronic component. What should I do to solve this problem?

wir bräuchten bitte kurz Hilfe da wir noch relativ "neu" sind.

Wir haben vor kurzem folgende Meldung von Amazon erhalten;

"Ihre Registrierungsnummer(n) (DE-SUP Reg.-Nr.) für die erweiterte Herstellerverantwortung (EPR) für Einwegkunststoffe (Single-Use Plastic, SUP) in Deutschland fehlt bzw. fehlen."

Wir sind bereits bei LUCID registriert und die Registrierungsnummer ist auf Seller Central schon übermittelt und bestätigt wurden (gültig). Auch haben wir "Kunststoff" in den Kategorien angegeben. Reicht das nicht aus?

Was und wo müssen wir das beantragen? Wir sind hier leider nicht fündig geworden. Und im Seller Central gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit diese DE-SUP-Reg-Nr. einzutragen - auch hier haben wir nichts gefunden, lediglich unsere allgemeine LUCID-Registrierugnsnummer ist eingetragen.

Bitte um kurze Rückmeldung/Hilfe.
