I am selling from 3 years on amazon ,FBA seller ,my own brand ,all things good on my account and suddenly my all listings feature offer disappeared and sales from 1000 pounds daily to zero ,seller support as usual saying that they cant do anything even if you are eligible and all good on account .

Really i am too worried and disappointed with this behavior ,please do anything and resolve my matter @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP

Hey all, sales was doing great, account health great, stock - great. But all of a sudden i have lost the feature offer eligibility on ALL my active listings?! Ive just performance health voice of cust etc and no changes, im one of the cheapest, even got some listings under my brand where im the only seller and they have lost the buy box too?! Is this a bug? only me? please help ths is my livelyhood

feature offer of my asin is not active from one week B0D5KKZ9ZK ,i have opened number of cases but not a single proper response ,i don't know what is amazon support team is doing if they cant resolve the issue ,if all things alright then how feature offer can be disappeared ,please @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgPdo something ,my time and money both are wasting ,talking with support team is just time wasting because they even don't know how to resolve the matter ,just they send copy paste replies
