Issue with creating new listing

No missing data, no errors but I still keep getting the above message. Is this an amazon issue or am i doing something wrong?

I get it now and then with no logic or pattern.
I assume its just gremlins and a refresh usually sorts it
Sometimes I get it after click on saving on a listing, and even though it looks like all went horribly wrong, the listing went through and it was simply the confirmation page that crashed
