Buyer wants to return item using different carrier than provided
I currently FBM. Buyer wants to return item and was provided a usps label through the automatic system. She messaged me asking for a UPS return label and wants the QR code since she can't print a return label. Is that something we as a seller provide?

You can tell the buyer that if they are unable to use the provided USPS return mailing label (RML), and they want to select UPS for the return, they may do so. They will need to pay for the shipping back to you, and you may offer to refund the return shipping amount through a concession once you have your product back and have inspected it. Make sure that they don't use a really expensive return shipping speed, in that case, I would caution you to agree to refund the cost of the USPS label and not the greater cost of a UPS label. Does that make sense? Would like to see what some of the sellers have to say about my suggested approach.
