Read onlyCan someone at Amazon please look in to this asap. It keeps happening! Other sellers are either changing sizes, titles or images on items and customers are ordering thinking they are receiving one thing and getting sent another.
I've just had a customer contact me about one and i've sold loads this week. Another seller has changed the size from XL to Large for no reason.

Child ASIN - B082VLCY1T (the product code is in the title for the child ASIN (OASTS01MB04 ) and this is the XL yet has been changed to a Large

Extremely common issue, and then you are unable to change them, i've all but given up.
Us sellers lose out big time with customers expecting different colours, sizes or even products. In some cases free gifts have been offered on my listings, then you get the inevitable A-Z claims, which we all know we don't stand a chance of winning
Once, one of my products was changed to to a flea collar, which i don't even sell and then i got a black mark, for selling restricted products, the crazy world of selling on Amazon.

A common and very annoying issue. Good luck getting any assistance from Amazon as they are either not bothered or don't have the skills to deal with it.
I totally agree with the OP. I sell secondhand books and increasingly I find that paperbacks are redesignated hardbacks (and vice versa), titles and images are changed, and even descriptions and editions are altered!!
Sometimes I cross my fingers and hope the seller will be satisfied with what I send but as noted, some will have to be cancelled/ refunded/returned. Money and metrics lost.
I also have a suspicion that some sellers are able to delete a whole Amazon catalogue entry along with their own listing, and mine. Am I being paranoid here or can anyone shed light on the entries disappearing from the catalogue?
This is an all-too-common issue. Even as Brand Owners, we constantly have to correct our listings due to changes by other sellers and get little to no assistance from Amazon on this. All we have been told is that Amazon is a marketplace, and to provide customers with the best information, listings are pulled from all information presented, but this is a nonsensical way of doing things and in no way presents the best information to customers!
