UK Account deactivated and we're going in circles - please help
Hi. Our account has been deactivated for several months now and in order to reactivate, we are required to provide an invoice from the last 365 days for one ASIN. However, we have not purchased this item within the last 365 days. Futhermore, we have not sent any of these units in for over 18 months. We have provided the most recent invoice and proof that we haven't sent in any units in the last 18 months (Inventory ledger report) but our appeals keep being rejected. There is no number to call and we are just told over and over to provide documentation that we cannot provide. Please can someone help?
