my account was disabled
Hello, my account was disabled on December 17, 2024. I wrote an objection and it became active on January 19, 2025, and two days later it was disabled again for the same reason.
what's the problem?
I am asked for an invoice for a brand I have never sold. It is impossible to provide it because I have never made any purchases with this brand.
I have not made any sales from this list
While I was creating this list, I unknowingly used the word "van cleef" in the search terms, I missed it, and I realized it when my account was deactivated. That's why the account was deactivated.
I made a mistake when I received the disabled notification, I panicked and deleted the list. Yes, I know it was a mistake, but it was a momentary reflex.
My brand is written in the brand section of the list, there is nothing written about the Van Cleef brand in the title, and I tried to explain this by writing appeal many times, but I always received a negative response.
If Amazon had warned me, I would have edited the list immediately and removed that word. There was no reason to deactivate the account.
My account is personal and I cannot communicate with account health experts, so I request your help.

But you listed it. That shows your intention to sell it.
So you did list something WITHOUT owning it. That is the 1. violation.
"Unknowingly"? Are you kidding us? To use search terms of other brands is not allowed. 2. violation.
Amazon doesn't warn and doesn't forgive.
Since you are requested to proove your supply chain and to present an invoice in order to reactivate your account - and you can NOT - your account will not be reactivated.
Just for other reading this thread following information: for LISTING a BRAND you need:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.

That is your 4th thread about the same issue. How many threads do you want to create till you understand that the game is over? You can never again sell on Amazon in your life. Finish. End. Capish?

"what's the problem?"
There are too many to list at this time.
@Emet_Amazontold you to STOP POSTING about this two weeks ago.
@Roxy_Amazonhad told you to STOP POSTING THREE weeks ago.
You didn't prepare yourself for selling on Amazon. You apparently relied on AI to do a listing since you said earlier (in a post that is NOT locked)
"I got help from the software while listing the product and there was a software error"
NO, there was not an 'error'. What happened is that you FAILED to actually read what some random computer AI prepared for you. It is the same situation that has lead several attorneys to be disbarred for filing fake cases as support in court briefs.
Amazon is relying on AI and you are a victim of whatever AI source you relied on.
This site is circling the toilet bowl of history.
