What is an official headed letter

Amazon said our product was not reusable plastic product ,if our product is was conceived as a re-usable plastic product, please attach an official headed letter duly signed stating that my product was actually conceived as a re-usable only plastic product.but i I don’t understand what is official headed letter?who know ?

Basically your logo, business address etc, take a look at good for letterhead

somewhere in your listing it will say that the product is disposable, and disposable plastic products such as straws, cutlery, plates are are banned in UK
