To offer premium delivery options, sellers are required to:
Have sold on Amazon for 90 days or more
Deliver ten or more orders in the last 30 days
Maintain an on-time delivery rate of 97% or greater for all premium delivery option orders
Maintain a valid tracking rate of 100% for all premium delivery option orders
Maintain a cancellation rate of 0.5% or less for all premium delivery option orders
My ontime shipping rate had fallen below 97% however I had shipped the items on time and it's the carrier fault that they didn't deliver on time even tough I had selected the fastest service available. Would be grateful if someone can help me write a PoA so I can restore my access to premium delivery options.
Thanks!
unlikely it’ll make a difference, but essentially you just need to put the evidence to Amazon that the affected orders were shipped on time and it was courier fault that it was late. If you can get a written evidence from the courier that they are liable all the better.
But it’s still unlikely they’ll reactivate you, you’ve just got to wait a month like everyone else.
I have been able to appeal it successfully before by showing from the tracking that the parcels were despatched on time and the correct service was used.
I am currently banned again and my appeals are failing this time. I think it is because Royal Mail took 11 days to deliver a tracked 24 parcel. The first scan was 10 days after I despatched it so looks like I despatched it late (which I didn't)
