Other Sellers Box not Working resulting in only Buy Box Selling

Is anyone else experiencing the Other Sellers Box not opening allowing sellers the opportunity to chose the supplier of their item. We are seeing this happening on all browsers on the platform and it is impacting our sales.

This is all you see in the box and then it disappears

So when you click on New (8) nothing happens ?. Could you share this ASIN here ?

Also, did you try to report it via Seller Support ?
