ODR 1.92% because of A - Z guarantee -- what do I do?

Hi, I’ve had an alert on my account for some weeks now because of an A - Z claim against me for an item not delivered. I have of course completely refunded the customer AND sent out a replacement item.

My question is – what should I do about the A - Z claim? Appeal it? Is there any way to clear it?

Been a seller 10 years and it’s my first A - Z claim. Not even sure what they are to be honest

I don’t think you can do anything once you’d refunded it… Why would you refund and replace though? Was the item sent tracked?

Never do that again for a start. Why would you refund AND send a replacement item?

So basically they have now got the item for free.
You should have refunded, and then, if they still wanted the item, told them to re-order.

Did you buy any chance buy postage through amazon ?

If so, you can appeal to remove the defect
