Hi Seller Support , please read carefully so you can understand the issue properly and investigate , lately myself and most other sellers have found an increase in scammer customers saying items have not been delivered when they actually have , meaning they get the items for free and us sellers lose a lot of money which we need to feed our family.

It seems there are no safeguards or help at all for Sellers and everything is found in favour of the customer all the time no matter what evidence we provide - feel free to check out the SELLER FORUM to see for yourself.

The dramatic increase has happened since Amazon started saying on Customers orders running late , no tracking available etc on the customers order page making it easy for them to scam and claim for items which they have got , you have made this easy for them at a time us sellers are struggling , also then when they send a message saying item is not received even when we tell them to wait a little longer as the Royal Mail who you force us to buy their postage is incompetent and inadequate to deliver on time , then you send the customer an email " IS YOUR PROBLEM RESOLVED" of course they say no and then you give them there money back and create an A-Z Claim against your honest sellers who are the people who have helped expand your business and create absolute massive profits - where is our SELLER SUPPORT AND HELP ??

This is NOT Seller Support, as has been explained so many times, and NO-ONE from management is going to phone you. This is a forum of other sellers, so none of us can do anything about it. This issue has been raised many times, and see this thread that I started regarding the email that Amazon sends out to customers saying their item may be lost, and I have asked the forum mods to look into it.
