Error code 5665 help required
Please can anyone with a help me as the Chat /email function are refusing, I am a new seller and have received error code 5665. I have done as requested and sent a photo of my Product with brand name (I’m not trademark registered) And seller support have emailed to confirm my brand name is verified BUT the error code is still showing so I can’t get anywhere with my listing. I have been contacting seller support for over a week and they are just sending me automated replies that aren’t even relevant. I’m extremely frustrated that no one cares and that their latest response tells me to contact here and they are closing my case. Please can anyone help? I really had expected a better service from Amazon. Thanks in advance to any humans reading.

Sorry, this human cannot help you with your problem, but hopefully someone else will be along who can - it is shameful that sellers have to rely on the forum for help.
Sadly irrelevant automated replies are the norm for seller support .
Why does it not surprise me that they are telling you to ask on the forum - unbelievable failure of what is supposed to be SELLER SUPPORT…and yes, we all expect more from what should be ‘support’, but fails over and over again.
