Amazon Transparency Issue

Morning All,

Having an issue with ASIN B06WD4NQ6Z. We’ve sold this product for well over a year with no issues. It is branded as Thermometer World, however it is a generic product (a simple plastic measuring jar for liquid testing). The product has no branding on it, and we have never received any brand infringement claims.
Today our offer on this page has been removed as this is now supposedly a Transparency protected product. The issue is that I have around 100 units of this product in FCs that obviously don’t have a code. If I have to stop selling the product then much as that’s rubbish I’ll take the hit. However, it seems a bit unfair to suddenly lump a Transparency approval requirement on the product when I have so many units for held in an Amazon facility.
Do I have any recourse here and am I likely to be able to get my offer reinstated? Unfortunately it looks to me like another abuse of brand registry to protect a generic item…
Any help much appreciated!

as its a Generic item - was it Branded as Thermometer World when you first listed it ?

Does it have a barcode on the product and did you check it all matched through ‘add a product’ when you listed on the ASIN ?
