Anyone else having issues with Royal Mail collection?

I arranged for items to be picked up from my house on New Year’s Eve and they never came. Re-arranged collection for today and they still have not come to pick it up. I’ll probably have to just take it to the PO myself, but am now wondering if RM are still continuing to collect. You can still arrange it according to their website, though I thought they were only providing free collection up to the new year?

From RM site today

Parcel Collect charged at £0.00 when you book online between 00:01 on 16.08.2022 and 23:59 on 17.02.2023. Promotion does not apply to customers with an Online Business Account.

It actually didn’t occur to me that it was a bank holiday today when I re-arranged it.:unamused:

I guess it shows how poor the RM site is that it even lets you re-arrange for it to be picked up today too.
