issue with amazon
so recently i normally get couple of sales per day about 7 and 1 day i checked and i never got any and it has been about 2 months i still dont have an buy box i barely get any sales and amazon dont care to help only saying that you are still availabe to buy on the other sellers box i need help with this issue as i am 13 gbp per month just to pay for storage fees i only get 7 units sold in 2 weeks now

You have two products available from what i can see currently.
On the first you are selling a generic set of candles that can be bought from Alibaba and for which there are many listings on Amazon. You have chosen to list those candles on a private label listing and are therefore competing with the brand owner. They have almost 1k feedback versus the one feedback it seems you gave to yourself, so they are favoured for the buybox. As soon as you get any real sales or they just notice you are there they will complain to Amazon you are selling counterfeit products and that will be that.
On the second, you actually do have the buybox currently. That again is a generic candle set and it seems like you have listed on another private label listing. I can only find a US trademark which again comes back to one of the many Chinese Alibaba / Aliexpress sellers. It looks like you have only 1 unit left at FBA, so once that sells i wouldn't restock on that listing as you run the constant risk of the brand owner complaining to Amazon.
