Received reinstate email but account still suspended

I understand that you have received an email regarding account being active.
I request you to please check your other marketplace as well. Because if that particular marketplace issues is not being resolved. That is where the account remains deactivated.
I would recommend to see which marketplace is still deactivated, and make sure to resolve that account issue.

Can I ask, how long did it take you to get a response? Our account got de-activated Mid October and are still waiting to here back from the response we gave them in hope to get our account re-instated?

Ok so surprisingly I had this on prime day and it was an absolute headache because I missed the busy period, but managed to find a fix. You would go to the original message and look for an “appeal” button. You would then go to “reinstate/reactivate account”. You will be given 3 boxes to fill up. I suggest you keep it short and sweet mentioning you have given all the paperwork etc. Click next and then they will activate your account.
You being approved originally doesn’t mean your account will be reinstated. You will have to follow this step letting Amazon know you have done everything they asked and to reactivate your account manually. I know annoying! But let’s face it, its all an algorithm and bots do everything. Good luck!

Hi, we had the same issue about a month or two ago and they’ll reinstate the account after 5 working days from the day that the email was sent! we chased them everyday about it and they didnt do anything until the 5 days were finished.

recived this morning again … i called up amazon help and was told need to re do again . there is not enough info about infringing my understanding of it and going forward to stop it from happing .

I got in contact with amazon by email at end of it there was a link to contact them and enter a code so you can contact them…
It was a round self unit I have been selling for around 6-8yers then someone listing under it brand registered it …
bought from me without me knowing and then sent me back a different shelf unit . Then they opened a-a case and two days later my account gets deactivated…

Hello, send your identity document with a copy of your bank statement. This will authenticate your payment account.
You can appeal with that. It worked for me.
