Account suspension help

hi all
so i have had a selling account for years, i used to sell regular but a few years ago i fell ill, wont bore with the stroy.
ive just logged back in and its says my account is suspended.
i have gone through the appeal process and all they do is respond asking for more info even though i have answered all questios.
even when i reply asking what info they need i still get a response saying the same thing about more info

anyone had this or able to help? thank you
