Amazon added 10 days onto my shipping times

Amazon added 10 days onto my shipping times

Ive emailed this to jeff as seller support are useless.
Has anyone else had this problem

My name is Richard Chapman.

Here is the massive problem i am facing.

On saturday the 21st at approx 10.30am amazon for no reason added ten yes 10 days on top of my shipping template.

My handling time is set at 2 days with a 2 to 3 day shipping. Making all my deliveries with 5 days.

Why has 10 days been added on and its saying on product detail pages 15 days for delivery?

I have contacted seller support for the last 36 hours and not one case agent at solved this issue.

So i telephoned in, the case agent said its amazon its a glitch on the shipping regional settings at amazon and a specialist needs to sort it out and to wait.

I waited and the case closed. No issue sorted back to square one…

I have lost approx 50 sales since this has happened and about £500 in turnover. This is financially affecting my company.

One of my item in my inventory showing my price is winning the featured buy box. But when you look on the item detail page to buy im not winning the featured buy box.

Your seller support people are rediculous at there job. If i eas there employer they would be sacked for poor performance. They definitely needs more training in my opinion.

Anyways lets get back to my urgent issue.

Can one of your bright sparks someone who knows what to press please reset the regional setting on my account so my actual delivery times are reflect from my shipping template. 5 days delivered. NOT 15 DAYS.

I do hope i get a rapid response before this sends my company into financial issues

As you will know, Amazon monitor how long deliveries take, across the UK. And where they see delays, they will adjust your EDD to compensate. There are other people on the forum with the same “issue”.

That’s not to say that your specific orders have taken a long time to be delivered, it could just be the delivery office that handles your mail has seen delays.
