Order not pickedup by Amazon and featured offers disappeared
On Amazon, my 3 orders on the same day did not get picked up on the scheduled date by Amazon. I fill the form if an Easy Ship pickup was not attempted by 6 pm on the scheduled date and my orders are picked up on the next day, but my account health is affected by it and shows a message "Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation". So, I raised a case for the same, thanks to the Amazon team the account health problem is solved. But, due to this my product-featured offers are unavailable, and there is no add to cart or buy now button on my products. This affects my sponsored product ads and sales. One mistake by the Amazon pickup boy affects my whole account. Now there is no impression, no clicks, no order. I replied to the first case raised by me to solve the problem but the support sent me again and again same email asking “This is a reminder to let you know that we need more information to resolve your case.” I sent the detailed case explaining with case no, ASIN no but again the same email is sent by Amazon.
