Is it possible that a customer can't see my messages?

Hi,
Is it possible that a customer can’t see my messages? I wrote to him twice that a refund has been issued. His message looks like he didn’t see previous messages.

Yes unfortunately very possible, if he has ticked the box that says he doesn’t want to receive any messages from Amazon he will only see your emails if he goes into his account.

Not sure if this works anymore but if you type IMPORTANT in the subject field that is supposed to bypass the buyer preference! The alternative is to use your own email service to email the buyer.

Often I have had customers send me rude messages demanding why I am not reply… sent between me replying several times, so yes often buyers do not see messages

I also had, also just today, another buyer reply to my 2nd email with:

" Hi
I did not get an email yesterday ?
Can you let me know ? Is there a problem with the item ? …"

Then before I had the time to reply, she had found my 1st email and replied to it…

In the past 1.5 year, I’ve found that people are just no longer checking their emails - they do everything by mobile phone now instead of on computer, which makes things a bit different…
Everything smaller, less visual…
For the same reason (?) they also no longer see my descriptions and photos in my listings…
I never had problems with that before; but now with mobiles, everything is so small, not inviting to look in detail… So rather than look closely or ask, they just assume all items are sold New & boxed…even if it says ‘used-acceptable’…
