A-Z and account health when postage purchased via Amazon.

Hi

Just had two A-Z's granted for same customer 23 Nov & 16th Dec.

They has message us a few days ago wanting a refund on the more recent one which I replied back with delivery confirmation (sent untracked, but it's the one where Royal Mail can show delivery if the scanned)

I had no contact with the 23rd Nov, but can't access the shipping label due to it being 7 weeks ago.

These will show that they impact account health, but if I understand correctly if sent using postage purchased via Amazon then account health should not be impacted?

Is this correct, and if so what is the best way to contact Amazon to get these removed from affecting account health?

Thanks

Thanks to recent changes, at least for the US and I'm sure here as well, the only protection (despite what the page says) is for A-z claims (and only when all requirements are met) with Amazon Buy shipping.

If you click the little "?" on an order you will see this ...

So in reality UNLESS you use AHT and SSA you aren't protected.

AT LEAST ... this is how it is for the Americas Unified accounts. I'm guessing it's the same for the EU.
