FBA SHIPMENT CREATE ISSUE
I'm facing an issue lately. I need to send an FBA shipment with multiple products that need to be sent in one box. However, when I create an FBA shipment, it's separating my shipment into (Pack group 1) and (Pack group 2). The quantity of my product is for one box, which I've sent multiple times with other items before, but now I'm facing this issue. Please advise on how to resolve this.

Do your items have different prep types? Does Amazon think that some are oversized?

Hello @Seller_bhWdRJGDSupAD, SKU weight and dimensions, prep-and-labeling requirements and ownership, and whether the SKUs are dangerous goods (hazmat) are some of the factors that determine which SKUs can be packed together. Have you updated labeling settings or had any remeasurements recently?
