Referral Fee Categories Suddenly Changed?

Hi, last week 10 of my 65 listings had there Product Category changed inexplicably and the referral fees are now higher than other products. The edit interface also changed for these listings only to a new Add a Product interface.
We are professional sellers on Amazon Handmade as all of our greeting cards are handmade. The referral fee has always been 12.24% for the last few years and the Fee Category was Handmade.
Now these 10 listings have a 15.3% referral fee and the Fee Category changed to Office Products for some reason.
I contacted Seller Support and they said they would change them to the correct category. I checked and they have now been changed to Everything Else category, also with a 15.3% referral fee.
I contacted them again yesterday and they now say that they cannot make changes (even though they did yesterday to ‘Everything Else’ category)
Their exact wording was “the GL group for the ASIN’s is gl_office_product, were as it must be gl_guild. Hence please make the changes to the gl group from your end”. Can anybody make sense of that and if so how I can change the GL group? The only thing I can find when researching is that they are talking about the browse node, which is still set to Handmade Products > Stationery & Party Supplies in this new edit (Add a Product) interface, nowhere has it mentioned Office Products or Everything Else categories anywhere on the edit pages
The rankings for these listings have now disappeared, possibly because they are no longer in their original Handmade category which is a shame as they used to be regular Best Sellers. They are also no longer in our shop and sales have obviously plummeted.
We have now also set our account on holiday mode due to the Royal Mail strikes due and until this mess with Amazon is sorted.
